The South Amherst Historical Society

2024 Rental Fees Effective January 1, 2024

110 West Main Street 

The space is ideal for parties, meetings and events including weddings, birthday parties,

and showers hosting up to 100 people.  

Food service preparation space, including a refrigerator and warming rack.

We do not have a commercial kitchen; therefore, rental does not include use of the

kitchen for actual cooking. Caterers and food prepared elsewhere are acceptable.

Fees

Monday thru Sunday......$75 Hourly Rate, 3 hour** minimum = $225

Friday, Saturday, Sunday…………….$425 the day 6 hr.**

**One hour for setup and one hour for cleaning after the event are included at no charge.

Security & Cleaning Deposit $100/event

This deposit is refunded if the rental is cancelled within 30 days prior to scheduled use. 

Deposit is refunded after an event, when the facility is clean and free of damage.
